Hot water at last!  Just wanted to say a big thank-you for the extra work done when replacing the new hot water heater.  Who would have thought – I obviously don’t do things by halves.I also wanted to praise Tom for his tenacity and expertise in trying to find the cause of the gas leakages.  He and his co worker did an excellent job and think you will appreciateknowing what a dedicated team you have.I also greatly appreciate the speed at which the whole procedure was carried out.
